I manage development and launch of the Enhanced Duty Holster, including modular SLS-printed light shims, and coordinate marketing campaigns to strengthen product visibility.
SLS printing & modular light shims
Selective laser sintering (SLS) uses a laser to fuse polymer powder into a solid part, layer by layer. Nylon is a common SLS material. This process supports complex shapes for functional components.
My work on the EDH includes modular SLS-printed light shims. The interchangeable SHIM system adapts the light-compatible holster to different weapon-light configurations, connecting additive manufacturing with product versatility.
